Montana Land Title Association Foundation is organized for charitable and educational purposes. Further, the foundation is organized to:
• Support Montana nonprofit charitable organizations who have qualified for exemption under the provisions of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or as that provision may be renumbered or amended.
• Provide continuing education programs for licensed title insurance agents.
• Promote knowledge and awareness of the real estate and title insurance industries for the general public by conducting educational programs throughout the state of Montana, or distributing educational materials relating to the real estate and title insurance industries to schools and civic organizations.
